Call of Duty Sagittarius Revealed For PS Vita

Earlier on this month we revealed that a new “Call of Duty” was in development for the PS Vita. We didn’t think that this new call of duty would be revealed until E3 2014 in June but to our surprise Sledgehammer Games announced this new title today at their Pre-E3 Press Conference. Sledgehammer Games are the creators behind the newest installment “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare”.

One of the founding fathers of Sledgehammer Games, Michael Condrey, made the announcement for this new title saying, “We are thrilled to announce Call of Duty Sagittarius for the Playstation Vita. This new title will be running on the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Engine and will tie in the story lines between Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. We have created a true call of duty storyline experience for this new PS Vita title and have created an incredible multiplayer mode. We will also be releasing three DLC packages for this new PS Vita Call of Duty as we believe that this will be the best shooter to ever appear on the handheld console.”

Mr. Condrey didn’t reveal as to when this new Call of Duty for the PS Vita will be released. He noted that we will receive more information regarding this new call of duty at E3 2014. Players can expect the first true call of duty experience on the PS Vita and forget all about Black Ops Declassified.
